Hi, Friend,
I hope you’re doing well.
I wanted to let you know that I’m offering a coupon code for my 2026 calendar.

This calendar was a true joy to create. Not nearly as bumpy or challenging as creating the 2025 calendar.
The pages for each month all have a little backstory. For instance, one of artwork pieces shows two wooden dolls and a Field Notes notebook.
Years ago, I brought those two dolls back from Sri Lanka for my niece who was six years old at the time. When she got the dolls, she named the man Roti (Indian flatbread) and the woman, she named Dhal (a type of soup made from split peas). I should tell you that dhal and roti is a typical Guyanese dish sometimes eaten for breakfast and could be a simple comfort food for dinner, too.
Recently, I asked her if I could borrow Dhal and Roti for the drawing that’s on January’s page. She agreed but when she turned them over to me, she said “Aunty, I’m going to need them back.”
If you decide to get this calendar, I hope each month gives you your own happy stories and memories.
Take good care.

I love the story of Mr Roti and Ms Dhal. I would love to hear the story behind each beautiful page of the calendar. A truly gorgeous, elegant and very refined creation. I’m looking forward to doing my order soon.
I mean…little things ‘I’ve said elsewhere’.
That is the sweetest hint from your niece to you to remember *the address* of her two dolls.
I wish you massive success in the sales of your calendar. My 2025 one is wonderful! On the back, I write lines from songs, a quote, little things I’ve made elsewhere that I may need some other time.
Anyone using your calendar can do the same…notes, messages, recipes, thoughts, letters to a child, grandchild…imagine when they’re grown up, how excited they will be when they read all the things they read there.
Thank you Neena! I love that you love your calendar and that you *use* it. You’re right. The pages can be treated like a little diary of sorts. And looking back at it years from now could be a wonderful reminder of things you did in those weeks, in that month.
Thank you.
