Happy 2025! I hope that your January 1st is a lovely one.
I spent most of the day doing what I love. Drawing.
Some people believe the way you spend the first twelve days of the year corresponds to how you’ll spend each respective month. Tranquil January 1st means a tranquil January. An exciting January 2nd means an exciting February, and so on.
People also say that the older you get, the faster time seems to pass by. I’ve found this to be true. To me, 2024 went by faster, it seems, than any other year.
In an attempt to remind myself to appreciate each day, I made the January page of my 2025 calendar the wallpaper for my phone.
Before May 2024, I had no idea how to go about making a calendar digitally or otherwise so seeing it on my phone screen reminds me of everything I learnt and accomplished in 2024.
This coming year, I wish you all good things, most especially good health and contentment.
